The questions your crew already asked.
money. flaking. what happens when someone backs out. what happens when you do. straight answers, ahead of launch.
How is my money held?
Held by a regulated payments partner — not Ante, not the dealer. Money moves to the vendor when the booking confirms — never touched, never spendable until the goal hits.
Are there fees or interest?
Zero of both. Ante is about commitment, not financing.
What if the table doesn't fill?
Every dollar antes back to the wallet it came from. No fee, no penalty.
What if the trip costs less than the goal?
Whatever's left antes back, pro-rata. The table is a target, not a contract.
What if someone bails before the pot's full?
Anyone can ante back until the pot's full. Your ante is always yours.
What if someone bails after the pot's full?
Money's locked in and committed. The crew decides together — refund, redirect, hold the seat, or cancel the whole table. Not us.
What happens if I don't ante?
You sit in a Ghost row — anyone can nudge you. Miss the deal date and your row becomes MISSED IT, struck through. The booking still happens. You watch the photos.
Who sees what?
Inside your table: every member sees who's anted, how much, and where they sit. Outside the table: nothing. Ever. No public profiles, no shared feeds.
What is "the first 1000"?
The first 1000 people to claim a seat get the Founding Badge + lifetime Ante Pro + day-one access at launch. After 1000, the badge closes — never reissued.
When does Ante launch?
Fall 2026. iOS first, Android close behind.
